GenTrail

You own what your agents do.

GenTrail is the trust layer for AI agents — the control point between what an agent decides and what it's allowed to do. It finds the agents running in your AWS Bedrock environment, checks each action against your policy before it executes, and keeps a tamper-evident record you can hand to auditors.

  • Discover the AI agents running in your AWS Bedrock environment — including the shadow ones nobody registered.
  • Block, warn, or allow each agent action before it executes.
  • Stay audit-ready — a tamper-evident record mapped to SOC 2, NIST AI RMF, and ISO 42001.

Built by a senior team with deep AWS experience — engineering, applied science, product, and business, most of us ex-Amazon.

Frogstomp 3D modeller

Parametric CAD: one AI designs the part, a second checks its work.

I replaced Fusion 360 with this.

The 3D model is code, so I stay in control end to end — from prompt to printed part:

  1. 01
    AI generates

A design agent writes the part as parametric code.

  2. 02
    Review the model

See the 3D model, its dimensions, and the automated geometry checks.

  3. 03
    Refine

Adjust it in the UI or by asking the AI — every dimension is a named parameter.

  4. 04
    Export to STL

STL/STEP straight to your slicer. I’ve printed real parts from it.

In this run: a 10-inch server rack and a drop-in diffuser for a sink drain.

Consulting

Work with me.

I help teams get AI into production — strategy, architecture, and governance — whether that's an enterprise rollout or one-on-one coaching. Twenty years shipping large-scale systems, a decade of it at Amazon. I've built and run this at scale, not just advised on it.
